The imperfections of this old French painting are what makes it just perfect, a gorgeous addition to your kitchen or place of rest. The kind of painting that adorns the pages of the magazines and and beautiful rustic farmhouse interiors that is seen on Instagram and Pinterest and within many a coffee table book. The tones are just beautiful, a sumptuous, moody but gentle painting. I have taken lots of photographs so you can see the beauty in the details, as words here are just not enough to capture the essence of this wonderful oil.
The edgings have been re-tacked to the wooden frame where it has worn over the years to the left. The paint in the top left corner is very fragile and therefore I can't promise that small fragments will come away in its journey to you. There is also a little wear to the top edging to the left of the basket, a wear to the paint that measures approx 3.5cm
