Beautiful Old Cotton Nightdress with Handwritten Name - Janie

I have purchased a small collection of nightdresses, there are three more currently available in this department.  What attracted me to them was not just the inked handwritten name and code number to the front of the nightdress but that they are of a size that you can float about in today.  So you can either dance around your house in bare feet draped in cotton dress or hang it on your wall as a piece of art.  

The inked handwriting possible reads - Janie Pauchi - areas have blotched or have faded. Actually makes it even more beautiful.

In very good condition for age. 

It has been hand laundered and line dried.

Measurements are:

Length from shoulder to base hem: 136cm

Chest width:  57cm from seam to seam when laid flat or 114cm all around (44.5")
