A delicate pencil and watercolour study, this isn't signed or dated but based on the frame etc and style it appears to be Edwardian.
The frame is in pretty good condition. It doesn't have any hanger to the reverse so you can either lean on a cupboard or shelf or add some found rings and hanger.
