A wonderful example of the Victorian Aesthetic Period, in all its Japanese inspired decorativeness. A stunning example of this design style where negative space was just as important as the design content. Decorated with a beautiful large fan, a stag, florals, foliage, butterfly, fish.......and so much more.
This pitcher does have some damage to the bottom edge where there are some chips to the base as well as a couple of very small iron stains - see photographs.
30cm in height so perfect for wonderful large floral displays or tall dried grasses, or just as it is in a calm corner of your home.
