An exquisite piece of lace that appears to possibly be a Victorian mourning veil.  The ties are still to the top sides and as the condition of this piece is very good I can see it placed as a delicate pelmet to a window either in your boudoir, hall or bathroom or a sweet modesty curtain in your bathroom.
