POSTAL CHARGES 2025
It is important to me that your order is wrapped with care and love so please expect your order to be dispatched within 3-5 working days.
All parcels are sent with Royal Mail on a 48 hour service, orders over 2kg within the UK are sent via Royal Mail/Parcel Force on a 24 or 48 hour service depending on size and weight.
Please note that since July 1st 2021 I no longer post orders to Europe. This is due to the new Customs requirements for the European Union, as I sell multiple product types in varied materials the new code system is a little time consuming and complicated for this little shop of mine. But I will keep researching and over time hope to return to posting to Europe. xxxx
Orders outside of Europe are very welcomed, these are sent using Royal Mail's tracking service, most are sent insured and take approx 10-14 days. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that 'may' apply within their country (excepth the U.S. see below). All parcels will hold an affixed Customs Declaration on the outside of the parcel. For international customers I can offer a service where I can store orders in a personal box in the store cupboard, therefore collating orders over a period of time (e.g. a month or two), postage is combined and refunded as orders are places and when you are ready I can then post your combined orders to you. A much better way to utilise the cost of postage, please do email me if you have any questions.
ORDERS TO THE UNITED STATES
(As from August 29th 2025)
New tariff charges recently actioned on all parcels received by the U.S. from the U.K. incur an additional charge of approx 10% on the total of your order. To ease into these new tariffs I will absorb the cost of these charges and pay the custom charges for you for the remainder of this year. This will be reviewed this December (2025).
PLEASE ALSO NOTE....
The shop calculates postage at checkout and due to the varied products in the shop it is based on a weight per item system. As each item weighs differently this can at times over charge. Any over-paid posting and packing charges from checkout will be refunded at time of dispatch back to your account.
