A reclaimed wooden carved block that would have sat at the top of a wooden column within an interior setting. In good condition for age. It has been painted at some part of its journey. But the paint is old.

You can see the original wood at the back where it hasn't been painted and it appears to be oak. You may choose to keep it as found or strip back to the bear wood. A lovely piece to just stand on a shelf or cupboard top as part of a still life.
