I recently acquired a beautiful collection of mainly Salon de Paris postcards from around the late 1800's, I already have a personal collection of these which I will keep forever but to find another was a rare treat.  I went back and forwards to this collection at an antiques fair. Should I?  Shouldn't I?  I decided I couldn't leave them behind because they truly are exquisite and represent a time of importance to many artists from the 19th century.  They are all studies of the female form, the poses so delicate and the details of the interiors as well as natural landscapes are exquisite in their detailing. I thought you would appreciate them too.
