A wonderful wrap layered with old French linens with beautiful detailing of broderie, lawn, hand crochet, pleats, seams, lace and plain varied linen panels. Decorated with a portrait, jewels, pins, and mother of pearl buttons.
The wrap approx measures 30cm in height, and all when laid out unfolds to the minimum of 120cm x 120cm.
All the panels are from reclaimed damaged table linen, bed cloths, and clothing that were sourced in France. I purchased them a few years ago as a lot and as they were all damaged it has taken me until now to sort, and extract the areas that were in a condition to re-purpose. I hope you find this wrap an inspiration for new projects and ideas.
