An old and wonderfully detailed twenties oil painting.

Original decorative frame (which is lovely) and the frame has been rebacked at some point on its journey. The frame has beautiful moulded detailing with a damage here and there where some details have broken away. There is also some small fragments of paint loss to the small little boat that sits central to the painting
