An old hand painted floral study, gently observed in detail and execution. This appears to have been from a family past time album where all contributed skills regularly as a diary. This study has a dust cover tissue attached to the reverse. Produced late 1800's/early 1900's.
A delightful piece. Perfect to have framed. It appears unfinished in the photos but the central peony is painted in the most delicate of grey washes.
