A beautiful painting of a scene on the streets of Napoli. Exquisite detailing from the pink skies, the windows, the foliage, the colours, the washing line, pots filled with flowers, ladies chatting, and I particularly love all the washing draped from the balconies.
This is an old painting where the edges are fragile from age some fragments from the edges may flake away in transit to you. I love it as it is but you may choose to have it framed. It is signed but not dated but the paper and style would date it to the early 1900's. There are hand written notes to the base of the board that states the street and that it is a scene in Napoli.
