A beautiful antique paper that was originally used for covering old books. This is from around the late 1800's. It has been hand marbled with water and oil based ink. This is a very special paper that has a gentle gold shimmer as part of the marbling process.
Measures 49cm x 29cm
The placement of the repeat may not be exactly as the one shown in the photograph as I have a couple of panels in this design.
This paper has been stored in an old portfolio for close to 100 years so there may be the odd tear and creasing.
This piece will arrive rolled so it can be send as a small parcel but if you would like it unrolled please do let me know and I can send an invoice for the additional postage so I can send it as a medium parcel due to its size.
