I adore the silhouettes of these old Basalt teapots, especially when they arranged are in a collection. This teapot is from my private collection that I can no longer display in my kitchen since I have had a move around. There are four from my collection available in this Shop Window collection. This is a miniature single cup size.
This shows the typical linen surface and floral ribbon detailing around the body.
Age - Mid 1800's.
It is in good condition for its age,
Measures approx 16.5cm from spout to handle and 7cm in height.
Early Staffordshire/Wedgewood Potteries.
