A very beautiful little lidded pot, probably for soup. The design is decorated with small primrose/anemone style florals/plants in black transfer and hand painted gold edging to the lid and bowl. Good condition for age except a chip to the underside of the lid and a hairlines to the surface of the glaze to the lid, this isn't a fracture as it doesn't go all the way through to the back and is structurally sound...
