Beautiful Miniature Antique Oil Painting

An exquisite and detailed painting of a cluster of violas.  This has been reclaimed from an old frame at some part of its journey.  The painting itself has a few marks and there is a little loss of paint (see photos).

Signed with initials J,H,S.  No date but the style of signature suggests late 1800's to early 1900's.

The green is a little desaturated in most of the photos and is a little more apple in tone.  The first photo is more a true representation.
