I couldn't resist bringing this back to the studio for a while. It certainly has been treasured while it has rested here for a few months. A collaged metallic pressed paper portrait mounted onto a pressed paper bordered ground .It is beyond beautiful and such a rare find.
Unsure of exact age but around 1880.
