If you purchase blue and white to be displayed it always looks lovely for the odd piece to have a varied surface and represent the age it all is. This gravy boat is just so lovely because of its imperfections of the crackling glaze. I love pottery when it shows signs of being used and loved. These also look lovely with small Spring bulbs planted inside such as Fritillaria.
The pottery stamp is on the base.
Good condition for age.
Late 1800's.
Measures 11cm in height and 22.5cm in width and 7.5cm in depth.
