Faded Iris - Unfinished Table Runner/Window Panel

Lovely to hand in the garden with pegs as a shade screen (or to dress your table or window).

Do you know I am not too sure what this backed panel original was. It has a curved top and has been cut at the bottom so the edges are raw.  The fabric is a linen/cotton and has a wonderful faded quality, it looks French but maybe a vintage Colefax and Fowler print.  Anyway whatever it is it is beautiful.  Due to the fact it is backed with a plain off white cotton and all it needs is both ends squaring off and finishing it would make a fabulous panel to decorate your kitchen table or drape down a chair or settee or hang from your window. Or if that doesn't take your fancy, then re-use into another project or use as a backdrop to a still life.
