Perfectly Imperfect Old Chippy Hand Made Utility Cupboard

A rather lovely old utility cupboard hand made with love in a rather lovely brocante style. It has been painted in many soft pastel colours a mint green, cream, gentle stone and a duck egg like blue. All revealed in differing worn layers. Although the cupboard has been sanded, some paint may still may flake away a little. All part of its charm. Only a journey travelled through decades can leave a finish like this. Here in the studio I have chipped away at the decorative panel around the key to reveal the ornate base. An old Bakelite handle has been placed on at some point in its travels. there is a key but it is a little temperamental so you may want to just leave the cupboard open but I have left the key in the lock all the same for you to make the judgement. The colour of the duck eggy blue is a tad brighter than seen in the photos, but just a touch.
There are feet on the base that have been placed on later in its journey, you may wish to keep or remove these.
The cupboard measures 19cm x 39cm x 51cm but this does not include the feet.
