Old Research Lace Study Sheet. - Bruges, Tatting, Torchon & Bedfordshire

A stunning study sheet of collected lace that incudes examples of Bruges, Tatting, Torchon & Bedfordshire lace.  I purchased  a few of these and as tempting as it was to remove the samples and sell separately I have decided for now to sell as found.

This is from a collection that may have been curated by a student from the Manchester School of Art - Needlework.  Mounted on sugar paper (there is a whole to the centre) that is a dark charcoal grey. Lace is in good condition. All hand stitched to the paper.

There is a name and address on the reverse of one of them (the Ayrshire one). - A Mrs Travis 366 Bury Road in Rochdale.

There is titles of the lace in pen and type enclosed by sellotape that is almost hanging away from the sheet in some places but I have kept it on to show the authenticity of this piece.

Full page measures 59cm x 28cm and will arrive folded as found.
