Old Studio Painting Book - Ships and the Sea

I lovely old book that has been much loved over the years based on the wear to the spine and cover. It is from the Studio Painting Series and this edition is titled Ships and the Sea. It has letterpressed pages and gorgeous reproduction prints of varied paintings. I have taken lots of photographs to aid the description.
Published by William Edwin Rudge in 1931 but on the inside page is a hand written message dated 1938.
The book measures approx 29cm x 22cm when closed.
