Perfectly Imperfect Hand Painted Silk Fan

I have a wall in my living room that exhibits a collection of old damaged fans such as this, just lightly pinned to hold their shape. It is the wear from their journey that I find so interesting aesthetically.
This fan would have been kept for my wall but I now have no room. It is hand painted in exquisite detailing, filled with forget me nots and other displays of ditsy blue and white flowers in clusters and above fly bluebirds. There is also swirls and other filigree detailing in brushmarks of brown and old gold. The spines of the fan are in good condition and also have hand painted details in gold.
