Vintage Reclaimed Statue - Saint Bernadette

A lovely reclaimed French statue of Saint Bernadette.  It shows signs of the reclamation to the base where it used to be mounted possibly onto a wooden stand.  I have religious figures all around my home in quiet corners.  The colours here are beautiful.  Soft teal, dark chocolate brown, buttermilk cream.  All hand painted.  There's chips to the paintwork here and there from its journey and a couple of knocks, all detailed in the photographs.

Measures 28cm in height.

Around 1940's/50's in age.
