Staffordshire Pottery - Shepherd Boy

A lovely old piece of Staffordshire pottery depicting a shepherd boy and his lamb.  Beautifully hand painted in pastels and browns.  There is wear here and there to the glaze and there's a chip to the bottom on the reverse, but still very lovely as an ornament (see photograph).

This piece is mid 1850's - 1870's.
