Vintage Floral Oil Painting on Board - Rose Cuttings

A very lovely vintage oil painting of cut garden roses in a simple pottery vase.  The painting is wonderful in tone and brushstroke.  I adore the tones captured within the ground allow the roses to catch the natural light.  Neatly signed D Binstead.  Unsure of date but mid century in style.

In good condition for age, there is a very fine scratch that you can just about see to the left hand side from the top down to the deep red rose. 



The painting measures 34cm x 24.5cm


Perfect to lean on a shelf or cupboard top where the light with bathe the beautiful tones.
