A lovely old piece of Staffordshire pottery depicting a courting couple with a dog, probably on a gentle stroll to the market. There is a little dog sat and behind them is the traitional trunk of a tree that is actually a vase funnel. Perfect for those smaller garden blooms.

This piece is mid 1800's so there is wear to the glaze here and there and a little chip to his hat (see photographs) but still very structurally sound.
