Old Burleigh Coffee Cups & Saucers - Calico

I have always adored Calico by Burleigh, I always have a couple of pieces in the house resting on shelves or cupboard top. This little set of coffee cups and saucers is particularly lovely, it is an early edition too.
SIZE: The cup measures in 6cm height and 5.5cm in diameter. The saucer is a little deeper than your usual saucer, so it is almost like a lovely little dish.
Condition: In very good condition for age.
This is an early earthenware version that would have been exported out to America where it was first popular. It didn't become desirable until the late sixties here in the UK.
The indigo blue is a little darker than seen here in the photographs.
