Such a beautifully painted watercolour that captures the movement of the tide against the base cliff rocks.  This has been reclaimed at some point but arrived here just as a flat canvas.  It may look rather lovely pinned to the wall as is or applied to an old piece of wood. 

Measures 24.5cm x 17cm

Painted July 7th 1931

The title of the painting, date and some other information that I can't quite work out is written on the reverse.
