An old lace and lawn dresser mat just at the point of its first construction. Panels of lace have been hand stitched to a netted ground that itself has been hand stitched to an orange paper backing. Although this started its days with intentions of becoming a mat I think it would make a really interesting start to a piece of textile art of your own making.

Measures 23cm in diameter.

Will arrive folded.
