Vintage Thirties Expressional Oil - The Sleeping Harbour

I loved this painting so much that I have had it leaning on a shelf in my kitchen since its arrival. It is an expressional oil painting, it appears to be thirties in style, maybe slightly earlier, maybe slightly later. Which ever period it started its journey it is a lovely piece. There is a gentle crease that you can see down the centre of the painting that appears here and there, not too sure how it has happened as the painting is on an artists board which appears to be very sturdy so must have been reclaimed from a stretched canvas and remounted on a board at a later point (I think).
